And in 2013, he got the cancer that results from that. But they breathed in all that toxic poison. And amazingly, where he and 10 other doctors hid out did not collapse. He was in the World Trade Center when it collapsed. And on 911, my brother, who was the deputy medical director of the New York Fire Department at the time, was running into the World Trade Center before the second building even got hit. He's the person who runs into things that are going on when people like me are running away.

And he's what you would describe as an American hero.
